SUBMISSION OF B/L SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS AS FROM 1ST JAN 2021
Für sämtliche Dienste der Grimaldi Lines mit Ladehafen Hamburg gelten ab dem 1. Januar 2021 geänderte Fristen für die Einreichung der Bill of Lading Details (SI) an die Grimaldi Germany GmbH:
24 Stunden VOR Ankunft des jeweiligen Schiffes
Sofern bis dahin keine SI vorliegen wird die gebuchte Ladung nicht mehr für eine Verschiffung an Bord berücksichtigt. Dies betrifft alle Ladungsarten (FCL Container, RoRo, Projekte).
Sämtliche Mehrkosten, welche durch eine Umbuchung entstehen gehen zu Lasten der Ware.
Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass unsere MitarbeiterInnen Ihre SI rechtzeitig erhalten haben.

For all services of Grimaldi Lines where Hamburg port of loading the deadlines for the submission of the Bill of Lading Details (SI) to Grimaldi Germany GmbH will change as from 1st January 2021.
In case SI not received 24 hours prior to the arrival of the respective vessel, the booked cargo will no longer be considered for shipment on board and rolled accordingly. This applies to all cargo types (FCL containers, RoRo, project cargo). Any additional costs resulting from a non-shipment will be charged to the shipper. Please make sure that our staff has received your SI in time.
